  explore this exciting career— and it’s absolutely free!

 Both the magazine that is available in the AHS Career 
 Center, and the weblink (click on logo) provide college,
 career and life planning for life after high school.  Five
 $1,000 scholarship winners are selected each year from
 students who return the magazine’s business reply card.  Register at the website to be able to compete for one $5,000 scholarship. Teens who win the bimonthly Shout Out Writing Contest win $100 and get their pieces published in the magazine.  The annual Super Teen edition that recognizes outstanding students is a favorite among teachers, counselors and students.   Includes a large, active teen advisory board, the Next Steppers, that critiques each issue and serves as our focus group.
